Why Reasy exists

Most safety apps solve worry with constant tracking — live location feeds, geofences, always-on monitoring. That trade never sat right with us. People who live alone, travel solo, or have aging parents don't want to be watched; they want a quiet backstop that speaks up only when it matters.

Reasy flips the default. During normal life the app is silent and your contacts see nothing. A missed check-in is what triggers attention: first a reminder to you, then — only after your grace period passes — a notification to your trusted contacts with the context they need to help: your last known location, recent check-in history, and any important addresses you've saved.

What we believe

• Quiet by default. No news is good news, and the app should behave that way.
• Privacy is the product. We collect the minimum needed to run the service, never sell data, and only share location during a missed check-in event.
• Checking in should be effortless. The iOS widget makes a check-in a one-tap, sub-second habit.
• Honest limits. Reasy is a communication tool, not an emergency service. It complements — never replaces — calling 911 or your local emergency number.
