# Reasy Terms of Service

> Summary: Reasy is a check-in communication tool — not an emergency,

> guaranteed.

## The service

Members set check-in schedules and invite trusted contacts ("Caregivers").
When a Member misses a scheduled check-in, Reasy automatically notifies their
Caregivers — including last known location if location permissions are
enabled. Widgets and push notifications remind Members to check in.

## Key terms

- **Eligibility:** you must be at least 18 years old.
- **Your account:** keep information accurate and credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- **Acceptable use:** no unlawful use, harassment, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access, or adding Caregivers without their knowledge and consent.
- **Trusted contacts:** you confirm invited contacts consented to receive notifications; either side can end the relationship at any time. Reasy does not verify identities or relationships.
- **Location sharing:** with permissions enabled you consent to location collection, up to 7 days of history, and sharing of last known location, history, and saved addresses with your Caregivers when you miss a check-in.
- **Reliability:** notification delivery depends on connectivity, device settings, and Apple/Google/email infrastructure — it is not guaranteed. **For emergencies, always call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.**
- **IP:** the service is owned by Reasy; you get a limited, personal, non-commercial license.
- **Warranties & liability:** the service is provided "as is"; liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
- **Termination:** delete your account any time in the app; associated data and contact relationships are removed.
- **Changes:** material changes are announced in the app or by email; continued use means acceptance.
